Refund policy

ANNEX 1

1. DEFINITIONS

Unless otherwise provided for herein, capitalised terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the general terms and conditions of sale available at the following link ("Conditions").

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Purchaser shall be entitled to a period of 30 (thirty) days as of the Order Fulfillment Date to withdraw from an Order without giving any reason and without being liable for any penalty, with no prejudice to the provisions set forth below.

In any case, it is understood that this Refund Policy shall apply solely with respect to the exercise of the right of withdrawal under article 6 of the Conditions and not to the return of defective Products in accordance with article 7 of the Conditions. 

3. RETURNS PROCEDURE

The Seller offers the Purchaser two return methods:

  1. Automated return procedure;
  2. Manual return procedure.

3.1 AUTOMATED RETURNS PROCEDURE

The Purchaser shall be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal set forth in article 6.1 of the Conditions by means of the automated procedure, accessible following the authentication in its own Personal Area of the Store and in accordance with the instructions set forth in this Refunds Policy.

For said purpose, the Purchaser shall enter its own Personal Area, accessible by clicking on the personal account icon available on the Store or through the link available in the text of the email received as Order Confirmation, and:

  1. enter the e-mail address provided at the time of execution of the Order in the appropriate field and click on the “Continue” button;
  2. enter, in the appropriate field, the temporary 6-digit verification code sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of execution of the Order;
  3. click on the Order in relation to which the Purchaser intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and, in the case of multiple Products, select the Products whose return is to be requested; 
  4. select the reasons for the request (optional);
  5. confirm the return request by clicking on the “Send request” button.

    The Purchaser shall also be entitled to enter its Personal Area by means of the tracking app “Shop”, following the relevant instructions provided by the latter.

    Once the abovementioned request has been sent, the Purchaser will receive an e-mail confirming that the Seller has taken charge of the return request. 

    3.2 MANUAL RETURN PROCEDURE

    The Purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in article 6.1 of the Conditions by following the manual return procedure described under article 6.2 of the same Conditions, in accordance with the instructions set out in this Refund Policy.

    To this end, the Purchaser must send a scanned copy of the withdrawal form attached to the Conditions under Annex 2 (or another explicit and signed statement containing the same information), duly filled and signed, to the following email address: support@irondames.shop.

    4. APPROVAL OF THE RETURN REQUEST

    In both return procedures, should the return request be approved, the Purchaser will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the request, indicating the next steps in the procedure for the Product return and Price refund. 

    5. REFUSAL OF THE RETURN REQUEST

    In the event of rejection of the return request by the Seller, the Purchaser will receive an e-mail indicating that the return request is rejected. 

    However, it is understood that the Seller may only reject the return request if the same has been submitted by the Purchaser after the 30 (thirty) days period referred to above.

    The Purchaser shall be entitled to oppose the refusal of the return request by sending a written notice to the e-mail address “support@irondames.shop”, indicating the grounds of the opposition and attaching any related documents thereto, in accordance with the instructions provided in the e-mail rejecting the return request.

    6. RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS 

    6.1 AUTOMATED RETURN PROCEDURE 

    Without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the written notice of approval of the return request exercised by means of the automated procedure available in the Store, the Purchaser shall return the Products to the Seller, by handing them over to the courier indicated by the latter in the aforementioned written notice of approval, in compliance with the instructions provided by the Seller or by the customer care service appointed by the latter. 

    The Purchaser shall use the original packaging or any other packaging that can grant the integrity of the returned Products and follow the instructions referred to in this Refund Policy, as well as those provided by the Seller or by the customer care service appointed by the latter.

    6.2 MANUAL RETURN PROCEDURE 

    The Purchaser, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication to the Seller of its decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, shall return the Products at Mail Boxes Etc. – Via della Moscova 13, 20121 Milan. The return shall be performed by means of one of the following shipping companies: 

    1. UPS;
    2. FedEx;
    3. DHL;
    4. TNT;
    5. GLS;
    6. SDA.

    The Purchaser shall use the original packaging or any other packaging that can grant the integrity of the returned Products and follow the instructions referred to in this Refund Policy, as well as those provided by the Seller or by the customer care service appointed by the latter.

    The Purchaser undertakes to insert, in the packaging used for the return, the hard copy of the withdrawal form attached to the Conditions under Annex 2, duly filled and signed.

    7. PRICE REFUND

    The Purchaser shall return the Products in the same conditions in which they were found at the time of delivery. The Purchaser shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the Products resulting from the handling of the same other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products. 

    Therefore, should the returned Product be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except as necessary for normal testing), the Seller reserves the right not to refund the Price for the returned Product, or to apply to the refund a deduction equal to the amount corresponding to the diminution in the value of the returned Product.

    If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in compliance with this Refund Policy, the Seller undertakes to refund to the Purchaser the Price paid for the returned Products. Said amounts shall be refunded without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Purchaser's decision to withdraw from the Order pursuant to article 6.2 of the Conditions. However, the Seller has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Products or until the Purchaser has proved that the Products have been sent, whichever occurs sooner. The Seller shall make the refund using the same means of payment used by the Purchaser to purchase the returned Products.

    The shipping costs for the return of the Products shall always be equal to 10,00 EUR, irrespective of the location from which the Purchaser returns the Products, and shall be entirely borne by the Purchaser.

    In the event that the Purchaser has not complied with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal provided for in article 6 of the Conditions and/or in the Refund Policy, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to obtain any reimbursement of the sums paid to the Seller.
